Our step-by-step process for producing offline wallet tracking documentation that fiduciaries can follow.
Every custody binder we produce follows the same verified sequence. This page describes what happens at each stage so trustees know what to expect before commissioning work.
Intake & custody mapping
A 90-minute session at our Gwangju office or via secure video. We map every signer, device, storage location, and existing document. You provide device models and signer names — never seed phrases or private keys.
On-site device inventory
When hardware wallets are involved, we visit your premises to photograph and catalogue each device. Devices remain offline throughout. We record serial numbers, firmware versions, and physical condition.
Procedure drafting
Our documentarians write recovery paths, handover checklists, and signer role matrices in plain language. Each procedure is tested against your specific multisig configuration — not generic templates.
Signer verification
Every active signer receives the draft for review. Two revision rounds are included. We do not bind until all signers confirm accuracy or document their objections in writing.
Binding & walkthrough
The finished binder is hand-delivered with a two-hour walkthrough for all signers. Duplicate index cards are provided for safety deposit box storage. You own the materials outright.
