Refund Policy
Overview
Content Brook Way provides custom documentation services, not off-the-shelf products. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Shared Custody Documentation Package
Before work begins: Full refund of deposit if cancellation occurs before the intake session is scheduled.
After intake, before drafting: 70% deposit refund. The remaining 30% covers intake session time and custody mapping notes.
After draft delivery: No refund of deposit. If you cancel after receiving the draft, you retain the draft materials in unbound form. No refund for completed on-site inventory sessions.
After binding and delivery: No refund. The physical binder and all appendices are yours upon delivery.
Offline Wallet Inventory Session
More than 7 days before scheduled session: Full refund.
Within 7 days of scheduled session: 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers reserved scheduling and preparation time.
After session completion: No refund. The inventory report is delivered within 5 business days of the session.
Trustee Briefing Consultation
More than 48 hours before scheduled session: Full refund.
Within 48 hours: 50% refund.
After session completion: No refund. Written summary is delivered within 3 business days.
Binder revision & reprint
Before revision work begins: Full refund of any advance payment.
After revised draft delivery: No refund. Unbound revised materials are retained by the client.
Non-refundable items
- On-site travel costs incurred for sessions outside Gwangju ( invoiced separately and non-refundable once travel is booked)
- Rush delivery fees once rush processing has begun
- Third-party costs (printing, binding materials) once ordered
Cancellation by Content Brook Way
If we cancel a scheduled session due to staff illness or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
Refund process
- Email contact@contentbrookway.click with your name, engagement reference, and reason for cancellation
- We confirm the refundable amount within 3 business days
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge if requested more than 7 days before the original date. Subsequent rescheduling or changes within 7 days are treated as cancellation per the terms above.
No-shows
If no signer is present for a scheduled on-site session and no cancellation notice was given, the session fee is charged in full with no refund.
Deposits
The 40% deposit for the Shared Custody Documentation Package is applied to the final invoice. If the project is cancelled after drafting begins, the deposit is non-refundable as described above.
Disputes
If you believe a refund was calculated incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of the refund notification. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
