Offline Wallet Inventory Session
On-site cataloguing of cold storage hardware without network connection — photographs, serial numbers, and condition reports for trustee records.
Purpose
Trustees often inherit hardware wallets they have never seen. This session creates a verified inventory record — what devices exist, where they are stored, and their physical condition — without ever connecting them to a computer or network.
What happens on-site
Our documentarian arrives with a portable photography kit and inventory forms. For each device:
- Photograph front, back, and any identifying labels
- Record model, serial number, and firmware version (read from device screen only)
- Note physical condition, tamper-evident seal status, and storage container
- Document the exact storage location within the premises
Deliverables
A bound inventory report with dated photographs, indexed by device, suitable for attachment to an existing custody binder or as a standalone trustee reference.
Constraints
- Maximum 8 devices per session; additional devices require a second booking
- We do not open sealed backup containers or photograph seed phrase materials
- Session requires at least one current signer present
