Offline Wallet Inventory Session

Purpose

Trustees often inherit hardware wallets they have never seen. This session creates a verified inventory record — what devices exist, where they are stored, and their physical condition — without ever connecting them to a computer or network.

What happens on-site

Our documentarian arrives with a portable photography kit and inventory forms. For each device:

  • Photograph front, back, and any identifying labels
  • Record model, serial number, and firmware version (read from device screen only)
  • Note physical condition, tamper-evident seal status, and storage container
  • Document the exact storage location within the premises

Deliverables

A bound inventory report with dated photographs, indexed by device, suitable for attachment to an existing custody binder or as a standalone trustee reference.

Constraints

  • Maximum 8 devices per session; additional devices require a second booking
  • We do not open sealed backup containers or photograph seed phrase materials
  • Session requires at least one current signer present

Next step

Schedule an inventory session with your address and approximate device count.
