1. Acceptance
By accessing contentbrookway.click or engaging Content Brook Way Documentation Services (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Services
Content Brook Way provides custody documentation services including physical binder preparation, offline wallet inventory sessions, and trustee briefing consultations. Service scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in individual written quotes accepted by the client.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, layout, graphics, and branding — is owned by Content Brook Way unless otherwise stated. Custody binders and reports produced for clients become the client’s property upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymised process descriptions in our field notes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about their custody arrangements. Clients must not ask us to document, store, or handle seed phrases, private keys, or PINs. Clients are responsible for verifying draft documentation before binding and for storing completed binders securely.
5. Limitation of liability
Our services produce documentation and reference materials. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, from custody arrangements we did not design, or from events occurring after delivery of documentation. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not disclose client identities, custody details, or device inventories to third parties except as required by law or with the client’s written consent.
7. Website use
You may not use this website to transmit unlawful content, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or scrape content for commercial redistribution. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gwangju, South Korea.
9. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. The current version is always available at this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
